NOTE - THE SIZING OF THIS COAT IS BIGGER THAN NORMAL UK SIZING. PLEASE REFER TO THE SIZE GUIDE IMAGE FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF WHICH SIZE WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR YOU. WE HAVE ADVERTISED THIS AS A BIG SIZE OVERCOAT. SO PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SIZE PRIOR TO PURCHASE AND NOT ORDER THE WRONG SIZE.
All our items take a minimum of 2 days for order processing prior to despatch. Should your desired item be out of stock then no need to worry, we are the only manufacturers of our items and if we have the colour fabric in stock, we will produce another one just for you in the desired size and colour.
Despatch Times and Delivery Method
Mainland UK
All mainland orders are despatched using express delivery as standard and should be received within 2 working days after despatch.
Any small/lightweight items will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or MyHermes. Delivery should be within 2-3 working days after despatch.
Non-Mainland UK
All non-mainland UK orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail or MyHermes. Delivery should be within 3-5 working days after despatch.
For express delivery option, orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. An order should be received within 1-2 working days after item despatch.
International Delivery
2 Delivery options depending on country and delivery method.
Road Economy - Items will be sent via standard delivery and should be received within 5 working days pending customs clearance.
Air Express - Items will be sent via express delivery and should be received within 2-3 working days pending customs clearance.
ARE THERE EXCESS CHARGES ON ITEMS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS?
If you are an overseas buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from De La Creme, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Finally, we cannot lower the price of the product/package in order to avoid customs fees. Please do not ask us to do so as we would be held accountable if caught lying.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase.
Customer must notify us of return within 14 days of order.
If item is not requested return within 14 days of purchase, then we are not held liable to accept return
Items must be in condition as received, with tags and packaging where appropriate and sent via traceable means
We will replace damaged / faulty items. We are happy to exchange the item should it not fit.
If an item is not received in original condition, we are not held liable to give buyer full refund, or any refund as this breaches terms of sale. Please read this carefully prior to purchase.
