Delivery & Returns
All our items take a minimum of 2 days for order processing prior to despatch. Should your desired item be out of stock then no need to worry, we are the only manufacturers of our items and if we have the colour fabric in stock, we will produce another one just for you in the desired size and colour.
Despatch Times and Delivery Method
All mainland orders are despatched using express delivery as standard and should be received within 2 working days after despatch.
Any small/lightweight items will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or MyHermes. Delivery should be within 2-3 working days after despatch.
All non-mainland UK orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail or MyHermes. Delivery should be within 3-5 working days after despatch.
For express delivery option, orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. An order should be received within 1-2 working days after item despatch.

Road Economy - Items will be sent via standard delivery and should be received within 5 working days pending customs clearance.
Air Express - Items will be sent via express delivery and should be received within 2-3 working days pending customs clearance.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase.
Customer must notify us of return within 14 days of order.
If item is not requested return within 14 days of purchase, then we are not held liable to accept return
Items must be in condition as received, with tags and packaging where appropriate and sent via traceable means
We will replace damaged / faulty items. We are happy to exchange the item should it not fit.
If an item is not received in original condition, we are not held liable to give buyer full refund, or any refund as this breaches terms of sale. Please read this carefully prior to purchase.
