In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You must notify us of a return request within 14 days of purchase date. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If product is received not in original condition, we are not held liable to refund full amount or refund buyer at all as this breaches the terms of sale. Please read this prior to purchase.

All our items take a minimum of 2 days for order processing prior to despatch. Should your desired item be out of stock then no need to worry, we are the only manufacturers of our items and if we have the colour fabric in stock, we will produce another one just for you in the desired size and colour.
Despatch Times and Delivery Method
Mainland UK
All mainland orders are despatched using express delivery as standard and should be received within 2 working days after despatch.
Any small/lightweight items will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or MyHermes. Delivery should be within 2-3 working days after despatch.
Non-Mainland UK
All non-mainland UK orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail or MyHermes. Delivery should be within 3-5 working days after despatch.
For express delivery option, orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. An order should be received within 1-2 working days after item despatch.
International Delivery
2 Delivery options depending on country and delivery method.
Road Economy - Items will be sent via standard delivery and should be received within 5 working days pending customs clearance.
Air Express - Items will be sent via express delivery and should be received within 2-3 working days pending customs clearance.
ARE THERE EXCESS CHARGES ON ITEMS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS?
If you are an overseas buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.

Finally, we cannot lower the price of the product/package in order to avoid customs fees. Please do not ask us to do so as we would be held accountable if caught lying.

Envío internacional

Si no se solicita la devolución del artículo dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la compra, no seremos responsables de aceptar la devolución.
Los artículos deben estar en las condiciones en que se recibieron, con etiquetas y embalajes cuando corresponda y deben enviarse a través de medios rastreables.
Reemplazaremos los artículos dañados / defectuosos. Estaremos encantados de cambiar el artículo si no encaja.
