Delivery & Returns

All items purchased before 12pm Mondays to Fridays will be despatched the same day.
We can only Guarantee next day deliveries for purchases Made Monday to Thursday before 1pm.


Delivery Charges:

UK Express Delivery - £5-6

Free Shipping when you spend over £75.00

Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery (Mon - Thu) £6.50

We cannot specify a guaranteed delivery time. Deliveries will be between 7 am – 7 pm.

International Deliveries
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel..
The summary of delivery timescales and cost are as follows:

Europe From 2 Days From £16.00 
Rest of the World From 3 Days £25.00
Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, you can request to return/exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.  Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in the original resalable condition.

The customer is liable for the cost of postage and packaging on any returned items.

Please note:  All item(s) which are claimed to be faulty will be checked by our Returns Team, who make the decision if a refund/exchange is granted.

If the item is faulty we will reimburse you with the shipping costs. Otherwise we do not refund shipping costs. 

Customers wanting to return/exchange item(s) should first contact us via email stating their case . All our items are sent out with a returns slip, which should be fully filled in and placed in the return bag along with the item.  If a return/exchange is received by us without a return slip, then we are unable to process the return.  If you have misplaced your return slip please supply us with the following information; Email Address, Full Name, and Reason for Return.
